| Southerly is a Cray (Lobster) Fishing boat built for the Western Red Lobster fisheries of the Geraldton and Abrolhos Islands coastline. With the need for large deck area, stability and speed this is a vessel for professionals. Many vessels of similar design are used as support craft in various forms of Marine Aquaculture or Maritime Industry roles. The increase in Aquaculture has seen a need for vessels with large open decks for working and transport, shallow draft for access to coastal areas and stability for a safe and steady working environment. All of these features being found in our vessels. |
