| The work boat North Islander is an aluminium carrier, cargo boat designed for the Western Red Lobster fisheries of Geraldton and the Abrolhos Islands. As a support vessel it carries cargo, crew and crayfish for the local crayfishing industry. Its design allows for a flexible range of alternative roles and serves well as a support boat. With its large open deck area it would also make an ideal vessel for tourism operators. We successfully carried out a 3.7 midship extension in 1997 on this vessel. | |
